At dusk the sky sinks, and as the moonlight gleams, the garden gazebo brightens a bit. Common pink beards and lavenders fill the field with a purple cascade. A budgie buries his head in his wing feathers, deep in a serene sleep. If I could be small like a butterfly, I would sit behind him inside the flowery gardens. This piece is inspired by my bird Ruben’s nap. A daily drawing piece of SALEIGN with an architecture, an animal, a girl, a plant, and a color play – a lovely piece a family can adorn. Lines drawn by pen on paper, colored in digital, printed on fine Korean silk, and then framed. It is a monoprint. The framed artwork will be delivered after early July 2025.
