About the creator
- Azeeza Siddiqi was born in India and raised in Qatar. From an early age she demonstrated an innate artistic talent and continued to bring her creative passion to fruition. She is a post graduate in biotechnology, a cancer researcher by profession and an artist by passion. She was born with a brush in her hand and have been creating lots of art since long.
Artistic Style
Azeeza explores a multitude of mediums like oils, acrylics, sculpture paste, mirrors, resin etc. to create an ever evolving approach to art. She pursues color relationships with fervor with an innovative and complex colour palette. She brings an extensive mastery of color and an innate sense of compositional elements to each painting. Her art is visual poetry bursting forth with relentless energetic expression.. Her artistic style exudes serenity featuring landscapes, natural balance and tranquility providing a refuge, comfort and peace those who encounter it. With utmost proficiency she invites us to view the world as a better place to live in!
Exhibitions
Over the past several years, Azeeza participated in several events and exhibitions. She has exhibited her artwork in group exhibitions in Qatar as well as in Dubai. She has participated in the most prestigious Arte Laguna Prize, Venice. She has exhibited her art in Arte Laguna World, art marketplace.
