Education & Academic Background
Gulzar holds a Master of Arts degree in Home Science from B.D. Arts College in Ahmedabad, India (2004–2005), and a Bachelor of Arts in Home Science from Gujarat University in Adipur, India (2001–2003). She completed her higher secondary education at Indirabai Girls’ High School in Kutch, India (1996–2000), laying the academic foundation that supports both her artistic and educational endeavors.
Professional Experience in Arts & Education
With a rich background in teaching and creative education, Gulzar has conducted private drawing and arts & craft classes in Kigali, Rwanda (2022) and Kinshasa, DRC (2014–2021). From 2016 to 2021, she worked as a Grade 1–5 teacher at Aurora Institute in Kinshasa, where she nurtured young minds through creative exploration. Simultaneously, she contributed to early childhood education at IJKC, also in Kinshasa, from 2014 to 2018. Her teaching journey began in 2005 at Patel Trust School in Kutch, India, where she taught Art, Science, and Physical Education.
