In 2023 and 2024, Karthika had the privilege of participating in several prestigious art exhibitions. At The Holy Art Gallery in Paris in 2024, her digital works were featured in 'Art in Loop,' a digital exhibition held in Paris, France, where she exhibited two of her pieces. Additionally, at Art Point Gallery in Jumeirah, Dubai, she took part in 'Ecstasy,' a collective art exhibition that showcased the best works of artists from around the globe. In 2023, her works were displayed at Picasso Gallery in Alserkal, Dubai, in the '30x30 Around the World' exhibition, which featured pieces on 30x30 canvases, celebrating heritage and culture from various countries. Furthermore, at the International Art Studio in Dubai, she participated in the Annual Art Exhibition, where distinguished artists presented artworks that highlighted their unique visions.
