My work consistently delivers high-quality pieces for exhibitions, sales, brand collaborations, and commissions. I have also developed a business plan and strategy for my artistic venture, setting goals for sales, marketing, and growth. Additionally, I identify opportunities to showcase and sell my artwork through galleries, exhibitions, online platforms, and other channels. Networking and collaborating with other artists, galleries, collectors, and industry professionals are key to expanding my reach and visibility.

Co- Founder of Filarts Events and Managing - Present

As a co-founder of FilArts Events, I collaborate with my fellow co-founders to define the company’s mission, values, and long-term strategic goals. I contribute to the development of a comprehensive business plan that ensures growth and sustainability. By identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the arts and events industry, I help adapt our strategies to stay relevant. I lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of diverse cultural events, exhibitions, performances, and festivals, while managing all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, marketing, and ticket sales. My goal is to create well-organized, safe, and inclusive events that provide memorable experiences for attendees.

Freelance Artist and Mentor At Skill Deer UAE - Present

As a freelance artist and mentor at Skill Deer UAE, I plan and deliver engaging and dynamic art lessons that align with educational standards and objectives. I foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity and express themselves through art. I teach various art techniques, mediums, and styles, adapting my instruction to meet the needs and interests of a diverse group of learners. Providing constructive feedback and guidance helps students develop their skills and confidence as artists. Additionally, I collaborate with brands to create custom artwork, designs, and visual assets that reflect their brand identity and messaging. I conceptualize and execute immersive art activations and installations for brand events, pop-up shops, festivals, and other experiential marketing initiatives.

Kharen has participated in numerous exhibitions, including the **Sakku Art Virtual Exhibition SQVE-2** (July 1 to August 1, 2024), **World Trade Centre Dubai - Kalayaan 2024** (June 2024), and **Rove Hotels Dubai Marina - Unity of Art & Environment: A Sustainable Journey** (December 2023). In October 2023, Kharen showcased work at the **Art Point Gallery - Jumeirah Dubai** in the **Palette of Portraits** exhibition. Other notable exhibitions include the **Damac Hills 2 - Titch Attic Exhibition** (July 2023), **World Trade Centre Dubai - Kalayaan 2023** (June 2023), and the **Picasso Gallery Dubai - Ataraxia Mind & Soul** (April 2023). Additional exhibitions include the **Holy Month of Ramadan Online Exhibition** (April 2023), **World Art Dubai - Unplug Yourself 2022** (March 2022), and the **DoubleTree Hotel Dubai - Cultural Diversity Exhibition** (September 2021). Kharen also participated in the **DoubleTree Hotel Dubai - Valentine Special Exhibition** curated by Art Smiley from February 2020 to February 2022.
