- Nour Milhem is a Palestinian-Jordanian graphic designer and illustrator based in Dubai, whose work weaves together cultural storytelling, imagination, and authenticity. Embracing a more fluid and intuitive creative process over time, she has moved beyond rigid rules to produce art that feels genuine and full of life. Through her pieces, she seeks to spark positive energy and inspire others to explore and embrace their own creativity.
Education & Training
Nour’s artistic journey is underpinned by a strong academic foundation in the arts. She earned a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design Communication from Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London (2015–2018), following a Foundation in Art & Design at Camberwell College of Arts (2014–2015). Her early education includes the International Baccalaureate at Dubai American Academy (2012–2014), where her creative potential first began to take shape.
Exhibitions & Projects
Nour has been actively involved in the Dubai art scene, contributing both through live painting at public and private events as well as through commissioned projects. Her notable commissions include a Ramadan-inspired artwork for ICD Brookfield Place and a bespoke piece for The Arts Club, Dubai. In addition, she has created multiple private commissions for collectors and clients, expanding her reach to both institutional and personal audiences.
Artistic Vision
At the heart of Nour’s practice is a desire to bridge personal expression with collective connection. She believes in the power of art to uplift, energize, and inspire, and her works reflect a balance of cultural depth and imaginative freedom. Each piece is an invitation for viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own creative instincts.
