About the creator
- Sahista Bhanvadia is a fashion designer by profession and an artist at heart. Deeply connected to the world of art and craft since childhood, she has nurtured her creative passion for over seven years. Currently based in India, Sahista serves as the Head Designer at ATHFLEX, a gym wear brand where she blends innovation with aesthetic vision. Her journey is a seamless fusion of artistic expression and fashion expertise, constantly evolving through color, form, and functionality.
Education
Sahista completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsi Mehta University (2021–2024), which complements her design practice with business acumen. She also earned a 3-Year Specialisation Program in Fashion Designing from INIFD Gurukul Ahmedabad (2020–2023), where she refined her technical skills, creative processes, and collection development. She is an alumna of Shri N. P. Bholadiya High School, graduating in 2020.
Achievements
Sahista’s dedication and creative edge have earned her several recognitions. At INIFD ADS 2023, she was honored with the Most Sincere Tag of her batch. Her craft and originality led her to secure 2nd Runner-Up in the Most Creative Craft Technique Collection and 3rd Runner-Up in the Best Designing Collection at INIFD Gurukul’s 2023 showcase. Her artistic journey began early—she proudly holds a 1st Rank at the district level in a school art competition, a testament to her lifelong devotion to the arts.
Runway & Backstage Experience
Sahista played a vital role as a backstage in-charge at the INIFD Fashion Award 2022, where she managed design logistics and contributed to the show’s smooth execution. She was also selected to participate in INIFD Launchpad S-6 and S-7 during Lakmé Fashion Week 2022, marking her presence on one of India’s premier fashion platforms.
