About the creator
- I am a Yemeni artist who has been living in Dubai since 1972. Art began as a hobby for me, and over time, it became a lifelong passion. I initially took a private course in drawing and watercolor painting, followed by a course in acrylic painting. Since completing my formal training, I have continued experimenting with different techniques and styles on my own, developing a unique artistic voice. My work blends traditional influences with a modern, exploratory approach to painting.
Exhibitions
Over the years, I have exhibited my work in several notable art events. I participated in the Art and Music Exhibition in Dubai in 2002 and Art Dubai in 2006. My paintings have been sold at renowned venues such as the Creative Art Centre in Dubai and Dubai Duty Free, as well as internationally at the Madina Art Gallery in Muscat, Oman. These exhibitions have helped me reach a wide audience, connecting my work with art lovers both locally and internationally.
Notable Achievements and Collaborations
In addition to exhibitions, my achievements include collaborations with respected institutions. My watercolor paintings were selected for greeting cards by the Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs, adding a meaningful element to my work. Furthermore, my jewelry limited edition prints were used by the prestigious Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel in Mina Al Salam, Dubai, showcasing my artistic versatility. These milestones reflect the recognition my art has gained in both public and private sectors.
