Zeina has showcased her work at numerous prestigious exhibitions, both in Dubai and internationally, leaving a significant mark on the art world. Her solo exhibitions include La Brocante Furniture Pop-Up in Dubai (2021). She has also participated in various selected group exhibitions such as Around the World Art Exhibition at 25 Hours Hotel, Dubai One Central (Nov–Dec 2024), Made in Tashkeel at Alserkal Avenue, Dubai (2023, 2024), and Anantara Hotel in Business Bay, Dubai (Sep 2023, Mar–Apr 2023). Other notable exhibitions include DIFC Art Nights (2022, 2023), More Café at Dubai World Trade Center (Dec 2022–Jan 2023), and Ehtifal Al Emarat at Abu Dhabi Theater (Dec 2022). She has also showcased her work at The Portrait Show at Hubspace Interiors, Dubai (Sep 2022), Boushahri Art Gallery in Kuwait (Aug–Sep 2022), World Art Dubai at Dubai World Trade Center (Mar 2022), and Gallery 76 at the Dubai International Art Center (2016–2018). Additionally, Zeina has participated in virtual exhibitions such as 3D Virtual Exhibition: Abstract Perspective & Colors in Motion (Nov 2024), Palette Play (Apr 2024), A Kaleidoscope of Colorful Creations (Apr 2024), and Wanderlust Impressions (Feb 2024). She also took part in the JPS Art Fair in Dubai (2017).
