What Bones Remember

What Bones Remember is a limited series of hand-cut, layered ink drawings by Yerins Abraham, a Nigerian polymath and storyteller. Each piece reflects the resilience of memory, the quiet dignity of decay, and the beauty found in what endures. Created during a period of personal artistic challenge, What Bones Remember is both a declaration and a question. It asks what is left when opportunity fades, and what truth survives when recognition is withheld. This initial 6-piece collection marks the beginning of a larger visual archive. Future works may continue to expand the series, evolving its language and form, yet always rooted in the central question: When all else is stripped away, what remains?
