First portrait

This work marks the beginning of my journey into portrait painting, where silence and inner reflection are expressed through soft tones and a serene gaze. Inspired by Michelangelo, I drew upon Renaissance techniques of shading and composition, studying his frescoes to understand the balance between form and emotion. Through the Master Class “From Vision to Transformation,” I was able to translate these classical methods into my own practice, exploring how light and structure can give depth and soul to a contemporary portrait.
