Shadows and petals

Inspired by Renaissance still life traditions, this artwork explores the delicate balance between fragility and permanence. The luminous white petals set against a dark background evoke a sense of fleeting beauty, while the reflective surface of the metal vase enhances the play of light and shadow. Through this exercise, I applied techniques learned in the Master Class “From Vision to Transformation,” where the study of chiaroscuro became a tool to create depth, atmosphere, and emotional resonance. The work reflects not only the influence of Renaissance masters but also the personal transformation of vision into a tangible expression of contrast and harmony.
