Description
A Leonardo Davincci inspired drawing made with charcoal and sanguine, explores classical techniques from the Renaissance. It was my first time using sanguine, and through this study I learned to combine it with charcoal to achieve shadows, highlights, and soft transitions. The work served as practice in form and shading, reflecting a classical approach to drawing.
