Bangladeshi women are rising onwards and upwards, especially in rural communities where their strength and resilience shine the brightest. These women and girls form the backbone of our society—working tirelessly, often up to 16 hours a day, to support their families and contribute to the nation's progress. Despite their immense efforts, they often remain invisible and undervalued. Through thorough research, I have explored their livelihoods and the vital roles they play within both family and community. Rural women and girls are not just survivors; they are changemakers—waiting to be seen, heard, and included as essential forces in driving development and shaping a brighter future.
